Bella Vista Apartments

We have lived here for almost 2 years and love it. The property managers continue to exceed our expectations. After living in a detached home for 25 yrs we thought we would hate apartment living, but Bellavista is a great place to call home.

Brand new loft Apts...great neighborhood...pool, work out room...quiet but just a few minutes walk from restaurants,mall,park and the Columbia River...recommended!

The management lives on site and is superb. They are quick to respond to questions and needs and keep the complex running smoothly. The location is convenient and set in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by a park and a private golf and country club. Bella Vista looks and feels much more like a condominium than an apartment complex. The exterior and interior public spaces are beautifully designed in the southwestern style. The gym, pool and hot tub are very attractive but,more… important, they are also immaculate. The first month after I moved into the apartment, my A/C wasn't working and I called and they were there within the hour and fixed it, and I haven't had a problem with it since. They will replace light bulbs, A/C filters when ever you request it. Most of the apartments are next to a large park with a huge grass area to walk dogs and have playground equipment for small children. The staff is always friendly and helpful!
