Worst experience ever!!!

!!DO NOT GET THESE APARTMENTS!!
I lived in these apartments for 2 years, and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling within two weeks of living there. I sent a notice to maintenance, and it was never fixed. The back door lock broke after 3 months and the only thing they did to fix it was put a block of wood so nobody could open the sliding door from the back. They also charged me for blinds that they claim were damaged, but they were perfectly fine! I was even there when they did an inspection.… There is nothing luxurious about this place! Worst experience ever!

Office staff ignores issues

The first year living in these apartments was great! However, things have really taken a turn for the worst since new management took over end of 2021. Before, any maintenance issues were immediately addressed and all of the staff was friendly. Since new management, I reported water leaking from the ceiling through the resident portal on 04/30/22 and did not hear back. Six days later, I called the office and not only was staff rude, but they falsely stated maintenance had stopped by on a day… that I was home the entire day. It has now been 6 weeks and several buckets of water. When I call the office, no one answers and you cannot leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full. When I called the emergency line - they stated that they need to talk to the office first. As someone who rarely leaves reviews, let alone negative ones, I ask that you please consider living somewhere else. Unfortunately our lease renewal came around the transition of management. If we had known how bad they were, we would not have renewed our lease. We have not had a positive interaction with the staff at Evergreen Ridge since their transition, and we hope this review helps someone make an educated decision.

Verified Renter

After being delayed 2 weeks to move in, because the apartment wasn't ready. And living here for 3 weeks. One would think the property owner would make an effort to address the move in issues. One would be wrong.

Overall it is a beautiful area with good rent and amenities. We enjoyed our stay with the only down side being the maintenence issues. Work would be marked as complete when no one showed up.
