Great apartments !

I have lived here so far for 6 months, and it’s the best apartment complex I have lived at. Newly renovated is always a perk, not just that they are always doing cute events for the tenants.
If there is ever an issue they are always on top of any request !

Very quiet

Me and my husband moved to this apartment almost a month ago. It's surprising quiet for being right behind a school and for seeing lots of dogs / pet owners. When we called the office with a problem with a few things in our apartment like the bathroom fan or the washer and dryer, they sent someone out that same day like 10 minutes later! Everyone has been extremely nice and so far we love living here.

Awesome

Very cute and fun place to stay. Very family friendly and pet friendly. Love that they have a pool for each side of the apartment also. Always quick with maintenance requests also. Been staying here for a year and love it.

A good option for new families

I’ve lived in a half dozen rentals or so over the past decade, and Jadwin Stevens Apartments is a decent and pretty affordable option for singles, couples, and starter families (my husband and I have an infant).

Pros:
- Near PNNL (a ten minute commute for my husband) and on bus lines. You are in the center of Richland and could walk to the grocery store, the Columbia River, and church in a half hour or less.
- The area seems safe and very family friendly- I see kids getting themselves to and… from school often when I take our baby out for walks
- The two pools are great perks (loved being able to cool off when I was heavily pregnant!)
- Maintenance is very prompt and the front office staff are friendly
- Central AC and heat! On-site laundry :)

Cons: (have to be honest)
- Our kitchen layout is not convenient; maybe other apartments in the complex are more spacious, but I had more room working in the kitchen of a 500 sq. foot condo I rented a couple years ago than our two bedroom layout currently
- There are stray cats that roam about here
- You can hear your neighbors is there are children running, jumping, crying, or yelling; again, I have a baby, so I tolerate that kind of thing more than someone else might.

Conclusion:
We are planning to renew our year-long lease and will likely stay here throughout my husband’s postdoctoral stint at PNNL.

Great affordable place to live.
