As someone who moved here from out of state, Park Place has truly made the transition easy and welcoming. I’ve built new connections, enjoyed a clean and spacious apartment, and found little reason to leave home thanks to the incredible amenities available. The staff operates like a well-oiled machine—maintenance is always timely, community events are thoughtfully organized, and the overall standard of living is consistently high. It’s been a great place to call home.

Beautiful place to live in!
I believe this is the best apartment complex you can find in Tri-Cities. Not only is it in a prime location (right next to the most popular park in town!) but everything is always well-maintained on the inside and outside. My favorite amenity is having a hot tub that's open year-round (amazing when it snows!). All the staff is very friendly as well. Really glad we chose this place!

Park Place Is Home
In the Monopoly board game, Park Place is a valuable property. Park Place-Richland, a 100-unit, four-story apartment complex in the city’s center, is also a great place to live.
I have been a resident at Park Place since December 2024 and could not be more pleased with my experience here. I was drawn by the building’s modern, stylish design, spacious units with full-size kitchens, comprehensive amenities and central location to walkable recreation facilities, shopping and trendy cafes and... restaurants.
I also have found Park Place to be impeccably administered and maintained by a staff of courteous, attentive professionals who I now regard as friends.
In short, Park Place-Richland is my home. This property deserves serious consideration as your next home, too.
