Management keep up the place well. If you have a problem in your unit, Erin and Juan take care of the issues quickly. The office just set up a night box, which is great for leaving messages. Package mail is kept secure in office area at night so if you didn't get your package you know that it is safe until the next day when you can get. The grounds are kept clean...Juan walks around and makes sure any garbage is picked up...yearly they replace sod on areas where lawn is worn from dog urine,... so grass is maintained. They keep dryer vents cleaned out by periodic cleaning. they powerwash the entryways yearly. Erin sends out updates on apt expectations to help residence work together to have a quiet and safe community. I have lived here a couple of years now and plan on renewing. I like living in this area as it is close to my family and a shopping area is just up the road. Sue R.

The apartments are not old- and there is no central heat and air. My washer won't hold a normal size amount of laundry without going off balance so I have to do twice the amount of loads and call maint. in to fix it...My neighbors keep complaining to the office about how "loud" we are but the apartments are built so thin that I can't do anything without making sound- I hear my neighbors all the time (but understand apartment living and don't complain)...the master bedroom is set up funky there... is only one wall to put your bed on because AC is on one Closet is on one and the baseboard heat is on the other. The sink in the master bathroom is small- there are no pantries and there is carpet in the dining room- deff not a "kid friendly" place to live.

I do love Christina the site manager- I'll have to admit I usually avoid talking to site managers whenever I live in apartments because they all kind of have the same vibe- but she is helpful and understanding... the property is kept up nice and the location is awesome.
