Great Apartments and People

I lived at Timbers for 2 years and it was a pleasant place the entire time. Management is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is quick to fix or replace whatever problems may arise. My favorite part about this apartment is how much storage space you have, which is a lot more compared to most of the newer apartments being built. It is a nice, quiet apartment complex in a good neighboorhood with professional and friendly staff.

Three Great Years at Timbers ?????

I’ve lived at Timbers Apartments since 2023, and my experience has been excellent. The management team has always been professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. The property is well maintained, and they truly care about their residents.

I’m moving due to personal reasons, but if I ever return to the area, Timbers would absolutely be my first choice again. Thank you to the entire team for making my time here such a positive experience. Highly recommended! The office… staff and maintenance team were always helpful and made living here enjoyable.

Great Apartments

I lived at Timbers for 4-5 years and it was great. It’s nice, quiet, and well managed. Alisha and the office staff are always a pleasure to work with. I’d definitely recommend for anyone in need of an apartment.

Affordable and Adorable

I lived in this apartment complex for 4 years and loved how quiet, quaint, and affordable it was. Perfect for starting off after college and loved the location, easy to go into downtown Richland or hop on the Bypass. The walking trail nearby was a life saver during COVID and the staff is wonderful.

Modest but imperfect

The overall appearance of the complex is pleasant, buildings well kept and the neighborhood somewhat quiet. Apartments are modest with decent appliances, wall color, carpeting, overall appearance, and monthly rent/utilities are alright. Maintenance is responsive if you report an issue. The only caution is if you're sensitive to noise, the walls between units, windows, and doors can leach quite a bit of noise.
