Villas at Meadow Springs

This is my second year living here and it has not gotten any better. Only good thing is the location. No one cleans up after their dogs, maintenance is slow, the office has been rude on multiple occasions. It is too expensive for what you get. I’ve also had multiple issues with my neighbors waking me up or blasting music with their doors open. They don’t even change the batteries in the fire alarms, you will get waken up in the morning by the low battery beep unable to reach it depending on your… apartment. I lived at the Villas for little less than two years and had many issues.
The management make it look like they are helpful but they're not. They absolutely DO NOT CARE about their residents!! I had problems both during move in and move out.
Regardless, if you don't have any other option, don't forget to ask 100s of questions during move in because they will withhold important information and then impose fines on you. Please do not live here if you value your hard earned money.

With so many… negatives mentioned above, there are two things that kept us going for 2 years.
The location, it's located close to many businesses and restaurants.

We lived at the Villas for 1.5 years and had non stop issues. Not only are the apartments extremely outdated, the management staff at this location is horrific. We had to relocate due to a job promotion and they have made the move out process brutal. They do not care about their tenants whatsoever. Please save yourself the time and money, go anywhere else.

I have not had to rent in years. However, in past month found myself back in the apartment renting world. I heard great things about a few apartment complexes in area but found that The Villas where the best. Upon arriving was greeted by staff who have been so great and professional! Adri is awesome and truly an asset (I feel) to The Villas. I read all reviews and kept in mind it is apartment living and came at night, morning and afternoon before signing a lease to see what went on and found it… to be well lit up, mostly quiet, respectful pet owners and friendly neighbors.

I do hear some noise in apartments near me but nothing like others I have rented in the past. I have had HORRID experience in past and this is excellent compared to that.

I am happy to be part of The Villas for next months and love how much they have to offer here! No smoking community!

Thank you to Adri, Dan and the great maintenance and grounds keeper staff for everything! No clue why anyone would say staff is anything less than amazing. Read More
