SKY Sammamish Apartments

For months we got a strong smell marijuana coming into our apartment every single day, multiple times during the day. Sometimes this would even happen at 8AM during workdays. I wrote countless emails with complaints and made calls, but this never stopped. I also wrote emails to the customer service of the management company which were never replied.
Most recently, they wouldn’t answer calls for multiple days in a row! They just ignored me.
The package room is a mess. Finding a package can be... really time consuming. For a while it was problematic to even get in that room. Other properties in the area have individual lockers for ages.
We’ve also had constant issues with our key fobs stopping to work randomly, imagine arriving late at night and not being able to get into your apartment. Read More

My touring and application experience has been nothing short of amazing! I have toured numerous apartments across Seattle, and never have I encountered such helpful people as the Sky staff, particularly Halie. This staff truly goes above and beyond to answer every question and make leasing a stress-free experience. I am thrilled to hopefully lease and will update then with more review. A great living space with amazing amenities including a basketball court and beautiful lounge. The views of the cascades are incredible as well! Love the management, they are so helpful!

I moved in about a month ago, and have been so happy with the experience so far. The entire Leasing Team has been so friendly & welcoming, as well as super helpful with all of my questions/requests. Location is amazing, and all apts are brand new & beautiful! Super happy-would definitely recommend :)
