Beautiful Views

I really enjoyed my experience touring Viewpoint with Mackenzie. This apartment complex is in a great location and is very close to public transportation. Great views of the sunset and the Olympic mountains! Mackenzie was very warm and helpful answering my questions.

Highly Recommended!

I highly recommend Viewpoint for anyone looking for a nice, comfortable apartment complex. It is close to stores, the Post Office, and the freeway. Very quiet and very comfortable.

Seattle

I love the apartment complex I live in. They are so helpful with any issues that I have and quick to respond to maintenance orders. I want to move into a one bedroom apartment as I am in a studio at the moment. It would just be nice to have something with more room to move around but it is not something I am able to afford. Other than that, this building is amazing! They have a parking garage and they are across the street from the store. They have a patio area on the roof and are really secure.... Security is the main thing I look for and they excel in that area.

Pleasant community and staff

convenient all around; location; amenities inside complex and shopping across the street! Staff are friendly and always helping the tenants... Highly recommend to live here.
