We look for at least 2 years of continuous rental history with at least two landlords. We screen for late payments, damage to your unit, complaints, health and safety issues, and other tenancy related concerns. We also screen for sex offender registration; evictions; bankruptcies; collections; civil actions; judgements; credit and other legally permitted criteria that would bear on your tenancy.
