We are pet friendly. No pet rent! And a pet deposit of 25% of one month's rent.
Our screening includes a credit report ($45) and we will contact your prior landlords. We request your income be at least 2.5x rent. We look for continuous employment or other income for two years. We look for at least 2 years of continuous rental history with at least two landlords. We screen for late payments, damage to your unit, complaints, health and safety issues, and other tenancy related concerns. We also screen for sex offender registration; evictions; bankruptcies; collections; civil actions; judgements; credit and other legally permitted criteria that would bear on your tenancy.
