If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests not disclosed in the initial booking, a deep cleaning fee between $500-$700 will be charged, plus a carpet cleaning fee. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property, including cannabis or vape, inside the residence or in outdoor spaces. If smoke debris or smell is identified, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and incur a fee of $25 per hour. Late check-outs are no later than 11am and incur a fee of $50 per hour. Guests are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during their stay.
