While the main street of Alki can be busy, you are located on a more peaceful and private residential street, yet still only half a block away from the beach and all of the great dining and activities Alki has to offer. Alki Beach is unique in Seattle, one of the few sandy beaches in the area. West Seattle has always had a small-town vibe but is easily accessible by water taxi, bus, car, or ride share. The townhome is a short walk away from a pickleball court and 28 minutes from the airport. You can also take the free shuttle (775) to the West Seattle Water Taxi, then walk to attractions.
This is a quiet community, and as this is a townhouse, it shares a wall with a neighbor's home. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, so please be respectful of neighbors at all times. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, and if there is any evidence that smoking has taken place on the premises, there will be a $350 additional fine. No pets are allowed, and if there is any evidence that a pet or other animal was brought on the premises, there will be a $350 additional fine. The fireplace isn’t working properly at the moment.
