A $250 smoke remediation fee or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher, will be assessed for violations. Only guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent; approved visitors must vacate by 10 pm. Visitors present between 10 pm and 6 am will be counted as overnight guests and charged $15 per night per guest over 2 years old for disclosed guests, and $40 per night per guest over 2 years old for undisclosed guests. Unauthorized parties and events will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests at all times. Tampering with any security devices on the premises, including covering cameras or tampering with in-unit devices, can result in termination of your reservation and/or a fine of at least $100 or the cost of remediation. Check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is before 11 am, unless discussed in advance. Sharing door codes, building fobs, or parking passes with unregistered guests without prior authorization will result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. Unregistered animals are not allowed on the property at any time. Do not remove furniture or items from the unit; missing or intentionally damaged items will incur a corresponding replacement fee. Mail services are not available, but packages can be received directly at the unit. Lost or non-returned building fobs incur a $250 fee per fob, garage remotes a $300 fee per remote, and parking passes a $100 fee.
