If your car is not able to fit without blocking the entrance drive, it is advised to unload bags in front of the house first and then find parking nearby. The home is not pet friendly, but ADA service animals are always welcome. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-$700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, guests are required to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking, or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. Also, accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests may be refused.
