Feel at home in this cute beach cabana for short-term rent in West Seattle, perfectly located near Lincoln Park and Lowman Beach. This private apartment is behind the main house and requires going down a flight of stairs to enter.
This fully furnished, separate apartment includes a kitchen and a private bath. Inside, you will find two desks, chairs, a bookcase, and lamps, as well as a comfortable loveseat, a Smart ROKU TV, and fast internet. The kitchenette has lots of plates, dishes, pots and pans, plus a microwave and toaster oven. There is a full-size bed with linens, plus a second set for laundry day. Towels and cleaning supplies are also provided. A shared washer and dryer are available for free in the main house.
Free parking is available for one car in the driveway. Weekly cleaning is available for $100 a week.
From the cabana, you can sit on the patio or walk to Lowman Beach or stroll to Lincoln Park where you'll find a giant troll in the forest and a waterfront heated saltwater pool during the summer months. If you like to hike, you can choose a simple walk right along the sea wall or a more arduous trek up the hill through old-growth forest. Sometimes you can also view harbor seals, otters, dolphins, or whales swim along the edge of the water.
This apartment is designed for one adult only. Due to allergies and allergy-aware cleaning procedures, animals are not allowed. Due to the lay-out of the apartment and location near the water, this property is not suitable for children. There are quiet hours from 10pm-8am. There are no unregistered guests and no sleeping on any furniture but the bed. No smoking, vaping, fires, or open flames are allowed in or near the premises. No parties or other entertaining are allowed on the premises. If you like to saute garlic, broccoli, cauliflower or cook a lot of bacon, fish or other odiferous foods, this may not be right for you. Only flush small amounts of toilet paper down the toilet, nothing else. Guests are responsible for clogged toilets and sinks and will be responsible for covering the cost of a plumber. Illegal downloads or illegal sharing of any kind are absolutely not permitted. A fee of $500 will be charged for each illegal download and/or sharing notification we receive. If service animal claims are found to be false, an additional $1000 cleaning fee will be charged.
