-Lyons mini-mart is 1 block down the street, coffee/pho/burrito are ~6 blocks away. There are more restaurants closer to Mercer or the other way towards Fremont.
-Parking: Plenty of FREE street parking is available. There is a garage that is mostly used for storage.
