Capitol Hill is a densely populated area, so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot. There is a Ring Camera by the front door. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories.
