The top floor features a master bedroom and bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (2nd and 3rd floors only), heating, an iron/board, and a washer/dryer.
Complimentary street parking is easily found on the side streets surrounding the property.

This is a non-smoking property, and any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If guests throw a party or event, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which may be between $500-$700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged, which is dependent on the size of the home. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am daily, and failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time. Late check-outs must be approved and are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11 am check-out. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately.
