Ballard is a hip and trendy neighborhood northwest of downtown Seattle with many bars, ice cream shops, tea and coffee parlors, and access to a lovely beach park at Golden Gardens. Ballard Ave is the key retail street, and if you stay here on Sundays, don't forget to check out the farmers on Ballard Ave!
Strictly no parties and events are allowed, and quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and digital piracy and shoes are not allowed in the home. A $500 fine will be charged per violation. Please refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. The outdoor area is a shared space with the front house guests, and while you are welcome to enjoy the front door area, please respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of the front house guests. You are welcome to use the shared grills (one propane and one charcoal) and the fire pit, but charcoal and firewood are not provided.
