The apartment is equipped with heat only. There is no washer/dryer or dishwasher, and no air conditioning, but it usually doesn't get too hot.
Ample parking is available in the driveway and around the house. Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet per night.
Situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this apartment boasts excellent connectivity to other parts of the city, within walking distance to multiple bus options, and provides easy access to Fremont, the University of Washington, and downtown Seattle. The apartment is one block away from the main road (15th Ave) and is walking distance to food and shopping options. Ballard is a hip and trendy neighborhood northwest of downtown Seattle, with many bars, ice cream shops, tea and coffee parlors, and access to a lovely beach park at Golden Gardens. Ballard Ave is the key retail street. If you stay here on Sundays, don't forget to check out the farmers on Ballard Ave!
Strictly no parties and events are allowed, quiet hours are between 10pm-8am, there is no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, and no shoes are allowed in the home. A $500 fine will be charged per violation. This is a pet-friendly home, but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended and please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. The outdoor area is a shared space with the front house guests, and while you are welcome to enjoy the front door area, please respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of the front house guests. You are welcome to use the shared grills (one propane and one charcoal) and the fire pit, but charcoal and firewood are not provided.
