Great office Staff

We have been here over 3 years and have loved it. The office staff have always been great to us, even when we had an issue with a downstairs neighbor Christine was very understanding and reassured me that everything was fine. Both our dog and daughter love to visit Christine and Erika in the office for treats lol We never had any major maintenance issue but one time and it was taken care of right away. The location of this apartment can not be beat. Living above the QFC is super convenient and… to have the Safeway across the street is a bonus.

The apartment Manager is really nice. the apartment is in good location

The manager Erika gave us a deal because we sign the lease immediately. It is definitely the best we found. There are 4 grocery stores in 5 mins work distance. Since the apartment won’t be ready in a week, so I was plan to rent a hotel till the apartment ready. The manager was willing to let us stay in the apartment guest room, which is really nice. There is a nice community room. We are excited about living in this community.

Love this apartments!

Best, most understanding management I have ever dealt with! I will miss that place so much. Best part is you can just go to grocery shopping by taking the elevator

Altamira

This was the only building that answered my phone calls and emails when I was frantically searching for an apartment from Chicago. I moved in sight unseen and have been generally pleased! The rooftop area includes an awesome terrace, garden bins for residents, lounge areas, and a grill. There is enough space for three small groups to be up there at the same time comfortably. The courtyard in the middle of the building is really nice as units facing in are very quiet. The common room has pool, a… nice TV, a full kitchen, and a connecting "media" room with comfy chairs and a large TV for movie watching. Another plus to the building is the ability to use grocery carts to transport things right into apartments - especially during moving!
