Stolen Rent

They charged people twice for the month of April and have not fixed the issue after several weeks. If you prepaid for May, your entire rent payment was STOLEN.

No maintenance

Maintenance requests get marked completed when no one even bothers to attempt fixes. Sometimes I’m home all day, no one comes by, and later than day I get a message that they “attempted” to complete my work order.

horrible magement/ building genral



The living conditions at 125 Bode have become increasingly frustrating due to poor management decisions and ongoing maintenance issues. The fire alarms are overly sensitive, causing frequent false alarms that disrupt residents at all hours. The elevator is broken half the time, and in some cases, people have even been trapped inside due to improper repairs. Additionally, security is a major concern, with reports of stolen food from shared areas and missing mail, yet no real steps have been...
taken to improve safety.

On top of these issues, management has now restricted kitchen access by closing all but one kitchen, which is only open during limited office hours. This decision is completely unreasonable for working-class residents, students, and those with non-traditional schedules who rely on these facilities. People deserve access to basic necessities like cooking and a functional elevator without constant disruptions. Immediate action needs to be taken to address these ongoing concerns before conditions deteriorate further.

No Kitchen Access

They recently revoked kitchen access for residents. The common area is also only open when the leasing office is open, which means basically not when anyone is home. Utilities for a micro studio are $250 a month. Rent goes up every year, but the building is barely maintained.
