PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE!! I would strongly recommend thinking twice before moving here, especially if you care about how management handles move-outs.

After moving out, management kept my entire $500 security deposit and charged me an additional $155.60, for a total of $655.60 in cleaning and repair charges. For a studio, this feels extremely unreasonable, especially considering I didn't leave the apartment in poor condition. I previously lived in a larger apartment and was never charged… anything close to this.

The repair charges were especially frustrating. I was charged $225.60 for a blind replacement and $280 in painting/repairs. I acknowledge there were some small marks on the wall from my bed frame, but after seeing the move-out photos, I don't understand how the condition justified nearly $700 in charges.

I spent a month going back and forth with management trying to understand what was considered tenant-caused damage. Unfortunately, the responses boiled down to, “the charges are accurate because the technician confirmed them.” Very “helpful”...

After looking through older reviews, I was disappointed to see other residents had similar concerns about move-out charges. I really wish I had paid more attention before signing my lease.

And unfortunately, that wasn't my only complaint. I dealt with a significant ant problem, multiple large spiders, frequent smoking despite the building being non-smoking, and dogs leaving messes in common areas. The elevator was also frequently broken.

There was an incident where a non-resident barricaded themselves in the trash room, which made me feel unsafe using it alone as a woman living by myself. I also had an Amazon package stolen from the mail room. Management checked the cameras but couldn't help.

There was also a time when unhoused individuals were directly outside my ground-floor door. I called the emergency security hotline because I was genuinely scared, but was told there wasn't anything they could do because they weren't technically on the property. There is also no security guard or security presence on-site. I couldn't sleep that night because I didn't feel safe.

The utility billing was consistently confusing, with charges appearing for multiple months and seemingly random dates.

Overall, my experience was not worth the price I paid. The combination of building issues, security concerns, confusing billing, and especially my experience with management after moving out left a very bad impression. Read More
