I recently moved into Garden Point Apartment Complex, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was impressed by the beautifully landscaped grounds and the welcoming atmosphere.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The leasing process was smooth and straightforward, making my transition seamless. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with high-quality... appliances and plenty of natural light.

One of my favorite features is the community amenities. The pool area is perfect for relaxing on sunny days, and the fitness center is well-equipped for all my workout needs. Plus, the location is fantastic—close to shopping, dining, and parks, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Staff are amazing! Maintenance is always on the run and going above and beyond! I am a very picky person and I have 0 issues. Staff is always willing to work with residents.

Quick and painless application process! Staff is quick to respond and set up a tour. Communication between staff and tenants is reliable and ongoing! Maintenance does quality work! Parking can be a pain depending
on what side you live on! The cabana/office hosts a monthly community event for the residents. The pool and hot tub have been a deal breaker! Respectable and fair staff! Family friendly complex!

Been living here for a couple of years now and management has been great. Parking spaces are nice. Good schools are the neighborhood which is important.
