Had many stolen packages that manager didn’t do anything about even though they knew who was stealing. Marijuana smell throughout the building. Sometimes power goes out and cannot access your car from garage so can’t go anywhere.

While we understand that living at Greenwood for five years means there were aspects of the community you enjoyed, we want to address your recent concerns with care.
Regarding the package issues, we recognize how frustrating it is when items are... left in unsecured areas despite our secured package room being accessible via tenant fobs. Unfortunately, because the Seattle Police Department often declines to pursue these cases based on specific monetary thresholds, we are limited in our enforcement options.
In terms of smoking, we understand that Seattle regulations allow for outdoor smoking, which can occasionally result in fumes drifting through open windows; as this is permitted by law, management has limited control over these occurrences.
Finally, for your convenience during any power outages, the secured garage gate can be manually operated using the chain located directly next to the gate.
