LEVA on Market Apartments

As of today , 15 Jun 25, we have been here just over 1 week. To date, we are very impressed with the leasing agents and the entire staff. The Leasing agents are definitely a valuable asset to your.

Unfortunately, the 1 thing that does extremely concern me is the car break ins in the parking lot. Within a day or 2, 2 cars were broken into just fewer from my car. For what the residents pay here for parking, a person would think that they would NOT have to worry about such things happening

We just moved in and have felt so welcomed by the staff and residents here. The management here seems to be great in responding to requests and any questions we have had.

The community here is amazing and I’m excited to explore the neighborhood. I loved the sealed door when I arrived that showed the unit had been cleaned and I was the next to walk in. Very cute !

since the new management took over, the office is less responsive, maintenance takes longer for requests, a portion of the elevators are almost always broken, and there is a general sense from the new staff that they don't care about the residents. for example, i was stuck in the elevator on a Sunday with my dogs and when the elevator company contacted the manager who was on call, he said "that's impossible, i was just there. there's no one stuck in that elevator."

very smooth move in experience, emma went above and beyond to help me move in. i also love the apartment itself, very modern and clean when moving in
