I lived here from 2022-2023 and it was the most perfect place! As a single person being brand new to the PNW, it had everything I needed. The old-school charm and character was to die for! Having the secured underground garage and laundry on site were such huge perks. The owner of the building was there nearly every day doing upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance so the building, grounds, and my unit were always in tip top shape. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about living here, I would... 10000% recommend the building to anyone!
