My experience here has been a very short lived one, we have just completed our first month here and it has been less in out favor.
The apartments have claimed to be in market price, however have at times been more costly then newer buildings in area. the amenities are on the minimal side. A non existing gym, no real concierge service, no business center, and apartments are much smaller then competitors.
where there are great views, every other building offers the same view and you get a lot more... quality. Management staff is only worried about $$$ versus their tenants and retention of their tenants.
We are currently looking into other options and would suggest to shop around there are so many other great communities that are newer, more developed and management team has more control on the over all experience of your new home.
