Wow. Let me tell ya, if you're not from the greater Seattle area, then you don't REALLY know how important location and price are and this place hits the mark on both counts-

LOCATION: The bus system overall in the greater Seattle area is awful. Luckily, if you live here you are in within a 3 minute walk of the 150 bus line and the F-Line which are among two of the most useful in the entire area. The Light-Link Rail is a 30 minute walk, 5 minute drive so you can get to downtown Seattle, Renton,… Burien, or Kent in a snap. Entry ramps for I-5 and I-405 are a 1 minute drive away. 5 minutes to Sea-Tac Airport. Tukwila is very commercial with Southcenter Mall close by. A simple 4 minutes is all that is required to drive there. 15 minute walk if you're fast like me. There are other plazas near by with nearly limitless shopping potential. You can actually go putt-putting, play at the arcade, go to the gym, watch a movie, buy all of your food, furniture, clothes and not have to drive more than 3 miles that day. Insane. Oh but for the people who want time away from the hustle-bustle, guess what? We got that too. This apartment is in a nice little community tucked just away from the craziness of Southcenter, featuring Tukwila Park just down the street (hence the name, Park View), as well as many hiking trails in the area. Traffic noise is surprisingly low. Now that I beat the heck out of that area of interest, let's talk about the apt. itself..

$745/mo ,1br,UTILITIES INCLUDED,cheap cable bulk account thru Comcast: For the area, this is an incredible price and is NOT Section 8. Make the big bucks. Did I mention that this 1br is 660 sq ft? It's huge. You could comfortably have a roommate in the living room and would totally be not awkward at all. You could have a family with one kid and this floor plan would work flawlessly. The balcony is huge. I've had gatherings of up to 6 people up there comfortably. The kitchen is huge. Everything is just incredibly spacious. They also have 2br available.

Amenities: OK, this is the only area that is lacking. There is no pool or exercising room. The w/d is in the unit but is a really old model that you have to do very small loads in for the clothes to properly dry. It does have a nice fireplace. Manger lives at the apt so you can get stuff fixed fast. It is a slightly older apt, but not ancient, either.
