Pladhus Apartments

It is a totally unpleasant experience living in Pladhus. The first day I was in the Pladhus apartment, my $150 suitcase were taken by someone else inside the apartment even though it needs a security code to enter. On this Black Friday, I ordered a Dyson V8 Absolute. The packages were opened by someone else and the items inside were gone, left empty boxes for me again (which was reported by one of my neighbors). If you need a security code to enter in, then you can image who may take my suitcase… and packages. If it was done by people from outside the apartment, I did have concerns about the security situation. If you're a fan of Tiny Houses and want to give it a try before committing, then try Pladhus Apodments in Seattles Roosevelt/Greenlake neighborhood. New with modern features, Pladhus is close to both public transportation to get you anywhere in the city and outdoor activities at nearby Greenlake. Friendly neighbors and responsive management, make this a great transition apartment or for anyone who does a lot of traveling.

The studios at Pladhus are small, but efficient. Lots of cabinet space and basement storage means there is plenty of room to keep books, clothing, etc. All the appliances are new, and the apartment manager, Denise, is very nice and responds promptly to maintenance requests. The windows are the best part of the apartment. They are almost 8 feet tall and let in lots of light, even on rainy days. The Pladhus building is in a quiet, residential area of NorthWest Seattle, within walking distance of… the U-District and many shops and restaurants on Roosevelt. There is a great farmers market across the street on Saturday mornings, though it sometimes has live music that can be a bit loud.
