The building is very old and it shows. The exposed brick chips and dust falls frequently. Has old internet wiring that doesn't work correctly forcing you to use the most expensive option just to get working internet on new wires. Right next to an auto repair shop which makes it nice and noisy. The "gym" is located behind the laundry room with old sketchy equipment and low hanging, duct taped pipes. Overall, for me, it was a bad experience and bad first introduction to living inside Seattle.
