After just two months of living here, I've been disappointed with both the building maintenance and management's response to resident concerns.

Although my apartment looked nice at move-in, the ceiling fan, microwave, and closet door were all broken and needed repairs shortly after I moved in.

The biggest issue has been a neighboring unit with a severe trash and hoarding problem. The odor regularly fills our hallway, and the hallway carpet is stained beginning directly outside that unit. I… first reported this over a month ago and have continually provided management with photos and documentation. I understand there may be legal or logistical challenges in resolving another resident's unit, but there are many steps that could be taken to address the impact on neighboring residents. Instead, I've continued to live with the odor and unsanitary conditions despite paying full rent.

After I raised my concerns, the neighbor directly confronted me. I immediately notified management, and more than a week later I still have not received any meaningful follow-up.

Building maintenance has also been disappointing. One of the two elevators has been out of service three times in the two months I've lived here, including on my move-in day when neither elevator was available to reserve. The lobby air conditioning has been broken for weeks during the summer, and the rooftop amenity appears neglected.

I genuinely wanted to enjoy living here, but the recurring maintenance issues, unresolved sanitation concerns, and lack of communication have made my experience far different than I expected. Read More
