Great value!

The apartments a really reasonably priced compared to other complexes in the area. They look good and the outdoor areas are really nice. Manager was friendly and helpful

Not worth the cost

This apartment is not up to market value. The towel racks are coming out of the walls, cabinets are falling apart, they charge an extra $109 on top of rent for services like pest control but they’ve never been in my apartment and I’ve lived here for 2years.

Here at revere ridge, the management team is always super friendly and helpful. Angel is always willing to work on stuff for us, like a new garage or adding a new person to the lease. Maintenance is very fast (same day!) And very friendly! They even borrowed equipment from another complex to fix one of our issues. They've been awesome!
