Poor management and subpart apartment quality
Lived for 2 years. When we first moved in, there was a used pillow in the dryer and mold in the dishwasher. Could not get hold of management without repeatedly emailing and calling. Maintenance requests took forever and did not address issues well, except for lightbulb changes. Electricity runs very high because of poor energy efficiency, poor air circulation, we had no AC in bedroom and our heater worked poorly. Garbage sewage fees unreasonably high because its based on community use. Move out... process was poorly done, little communication without repeated emails and charges on deposit were very unreasonable. Not to mention, units are overpriced, its very feasible to find a better quality apartment with better management for much better price.
