I am fortunate to be a husband to Sharleen and proud father to two daughters, Harper and Delaney. I’ve been a resident of the Spokane Valley since 1988 and attended school in the Central Valley School District and later at Washington State University. I am an Air Force veteran, a music enthusiast, a college and high-school football referee and a passionate fan of the Seattle Mariners. My favorite things to do are spend time on the family boat, play golf poorly, and travel anywhere with my wife. As a family we enjoy laughing at each other, eating out, and spending time at our property on the St. Joe River. We truly love living in the Northwest with all it has to offer in terms of work and play. I became a Realtor in 2007 to be a key part of the solution in the biggest and most complex transactions in my clients lives. I don’t shy away from the tough conversations that arise and I have honed my negotiating instincts over hundreds of closed deals on both sides of the transaction. When people ask me what my specialty in real estate is I say “relationships”, because that's where all of this starts.
