Household Fixtures I moved in to Canyon Bluffs in February 2026 with my adult daughter as my roommate!
Beyond loving living here for many reasons, the maintenance program & staff here are the BEST I have ever experienced!!!
Being that our apartment is around 20 years old, you will most likely have some items needing fixed or giving up completely. I think since I’ve been here we have had about five maintenance requests for items needing fixed in our apartment.
It’s so easy to request the… service in the app they provide and the response time has been AMAZING!!!
I have never had service like this at any place I have ever lived! On top of an excellent response time & service inside my apartment, the maintenance of the outside grounds is excellent!
The outside maintenance of the apartment building, the clubhouse & grounds is consistently being worked on!
I received a notice this week regarding power washing the apartment buildings, what day our building is scheduled and instructions on what we need to do to prepare!
I honestly have been so extremely impressed with the hard work building management and the staff do to keep everything running smoothly and looking clean and sharp!
I have lived in many different places, and this one is by far one of the best I’ve ever experienced! We looked at a lot of places more happy with settling here!
Thank you to the Canyon Bluffs team for being EXCEPTIONAL!!!??

Always Amazing Service! I entered five separate issues for maintenance requests on Friday morning, not expecting to get a response until next week. By 1pm, 4/5 were completely fixed and the only reason the 5th wasn’t completed is because it required a part not commonly in their inventory. I tell you, the Canyon Bluffs staff goes above and beyond in every area of service. It really is astonishing. (The apartment wasn’t in disrepair, just ticky-tacky wear and tear stuff.) Can’t say enough about… these folks.

I was not impressed with these apartments. They were dark, the carpets needed replacing, the storage units looked a bit tacky, and there were no decks on upper levels. The "deck" on the 1st floor was so tiny it was useless. These are priced way too high for the amenities. Ive been looking at numerous apartments. These have so much untapped potential . Very disappointing
