Cedar Summit Estates

At first I was in love with the apartments here, but after a month or so I realized the apartments themselves are overpriced and incredibly small, especially for more than one person. There is also tons of noise because its located next to the racetrack and also northern quest casino and walls are incredibly thin. Cars are frequently getting broken into and so are garages, and the management will not help you whatsoever if its your car that has been broken into. Speaking of management, Andrea… (the on site manager) is not very pleasant to deal with. She will nitpick at everything you do, she is constantly trying to be in everyones business, and she will occasionally claim rent is late or short, even if its not so make sure you keep all receipts! If I could give zero stars I would. Maintenance is lazy and seems to spend the entirety of their day driving their golf carts around with a cigarette in their mouth. At one point flat out refused to fulfill a maintenance request because they didn't feel it was necessary and management didn't help all they did was refer me to call corporate if I wanted it done bad enough. The office is consistently closing early, anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes. They barely enforce parking violations when… someone parks in your spot and when you do report it they expect you to be the one to take the violation slip and put it on the person's car for them. i live at cedar summit estates, and i love the area many things to do, great shopping places, and many different places to eat anything you could want.
