Worst rental I've ever had!!!
Lived there here 3 years, the first week I had a damaged door they said would take care of it, when they had a new one available. I waited 3 months to file a service request officially, thinking they might of forgot. 4 service request later, I'm getting ready to move and the door frame has a huge hole in it.

The gun fire is a real thing, you will hear it at least once a week. You will likely witness a fight nightly and the cops will be onsite a couple times a week… .

The tweakers will break in to your mail box, the management is in no particular hurry to fix it.

There are pigeons and pigeon excrement all over the steps leading to the apartments. The pigeons live in the the ceilings of the staircases. Management doesn't care, they might sweep up before taking pictures.

The pictures on the website don't match the apartments. They didn't let me view the apartment until my move in date. I was told this was because of covid. But, I later found out this is an often used tactic.

Cars are broken into nightly.

The phone for the apartment usually doesn't accept messages. I have only ever got a hold of the management 2 times since moving here, I have tried many time to reach them but to no avail. They have an online portal but I'm sill waiting for one thing to be answered. I see they responded to a previous review. I doubt they will even answer the email.

The garages are not usable, most have the doors torn off of them and the wall tore out.

We lived here for many years before the fire and we had to leave. They were always so friendly and helpful and the landlady was very nice and helpful. We are sad we had to leave but she tried to help us find a good place to call home.

I moved to this complex almost a year ago and anytime there is something that I have questions about or need something for, it is always super easy to get a hold of someone in the office or Ron the maintenance guy. Stephanie is INCREDIBLE, always super on top of things and is very helpful with anything you have questions or concerns about.

We moved to this complex soon after it was under new management. Since August 2020 there have been so many changes to the property and you can tell the workers are doing the MOST they can to make this place as amazing as possible. Stephanie is freaking amazing, and any time we’ve had any questions, concerns or minor issues, she has been right on top of it to make sure everything is taken care of right away - even small things like picking up an important package off my doorstep if I’m at work.… Thanks for all you do!
