It's not a bad place to live, if you don't mind things like bed bugs and meth activity on the premises. Just wait until you find out about the cost of removing them, and the different packages that are available.

You've got to be careful of those folks that like to urinate on the elevator (when it's operative).

And if you're the type of person that likes heat in the winter time you may wish to think twice; and if you like to have ventilation in the summer months....better check the in house...
rules that you get after you sign the contract.

When, and if you do decide to check out the premises, ask about the age of the appliances.

Upon inspection, check to see if there is some sort of surveillance system in place. Upon this reporters inspection, only 1 non functioning camera was available, and holes where cameras had once been.
