About The GEE House

A 14 person group lease is required! Rent is $600 per person within the group. This furnished student dorm building near the Gonzaga U campus offers a total of fourteen private units along with a commercial-style kitchen, a finished living room, and… seven and a half bathrooms. The layout includes six units on the third floor, six on the second floor, and four on the main floor, with every two units sharing a full bathroom. Each floor also features its own laundry room, as well as spacious hallways and stairways for easy access.
