Don't waste your money
I have lived here in this apartment complex for almost four years and I never had an issue with anything until New Wave Property Management bought it. There are no dishwashers, no dishwasher hook ups, no washer/dryer in unit, no garbage disposals, and no air conditioning. We got notice recently that we aren't even allowed to have air conditioning units in our windows. How are people supposed to stay cool? You would think that the management company would care about the well being of their... renters, but they don't care at all. There is no pool, no real amenities. There's a crappy laundry room on site, but the washers and dryers are so poorly maintained that they don't get the job done. The neighbors are loud, the kids in the area are incredibly disrespectful and rude. This is not a good apartment complex and definitely not worth what they're trying to up the rent to. If you have the money and can afford this dump, do yourself a favor and find someplace else.
