PLEASE don't rent this apartment

Do not ignore these poor reviews like I did, and move here just because the units look pretty. These units look pretty and modern, but the quality is poor. As stated in the other reviews, the insulation is terrible. The units are cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. The upstairs does not cool down even with the AC on high.

My ceiling leaked four times while I lived there. The first two times I reported it, it took weeks for anyone to come out. They patched things up, and did not do a...
thorough repair. Ceiling has staining from the leak that was never repaired.

The price for these units is unbelievably high for the quality of the units and the service from property management. The management is incredibly rude and dismissive when you reach out, and take weeks to get back to you.

The garbage was always piled up, and was not picked up regularly. The snow was not plowed promptly, and several times I almost couldn't get out of the parking lot due to build up of slushy un-plowed snow.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Cool space but poorly insulated and bad Managenent

The place was freezing all winter- flooring is right on foundation and can not hold heat. If you didn’t wear socks and shoes your feet froze- embarrassed to have people over. Also their managing of move ins and outs suck! No communication and they keep the full deposit to do the things they should be paying for. And then charge you do more. Even if you left the place in better shape then when you got it. Don’t rent from here. Too expensive and your heating bill will be insane!

don't rent these places

They look cool but don't stay warm and their management sucks! Your heating bill during the cold months will be insane due to the fact that the place can't hold heat-the floors are always freezing because they just put the flooring right on the foundation without any insulation. Our feet froze if we didn't wear shoes all day. Was embarrassing to have my boyfriends kids over- they were always cold. The management lies about fees, doesn't fix things in a timely manner and their communication is... horrible and rude. You pay a premium to live here thinking you are going to get an amazing space and great service. But you don't. Also the water quality is terrible on your skin and full of calcium and builds up in the sinks and shower which hinders water pressure. And the place is too cheap to have the garbage picked up more than once a week so the area is over flowing with garbage and recycling from all the tenants. This could be such a cool little community but it's ran by the wrong people sadly. Vey disappointing since I had wanted to live there for so long and had high expectations.

Great experience

this property has been everything I expected and more. We are experiencing a complete patio repair and resurface due to some pooling of water. The management team has done a great job of getting such a big job coordinated and keeping me updated when I give a call in. 10/10 recommend being my neighbor.

Absolutely Horrendous Beyond Words

These buildings feel unsafe to live in. The patios have standing water on them for days. Everything leaks. The windows, the ceiling, the plumbing, even the light fixtures. Don't be fooled by "we fixed it", visit on a rainy day and for the love of god bring a house inspector or trusted friend involved in construction before you rent. The plumbing is literally PVC and there are holes under the sinks.

You will spend days, not hours, but DAYS, wasting time calling maintenance or fixing something...
broken. The homes are poorly insulated and poorly sealed. Prepare for $500 heating bills in the winter. Every part of the structure slants inward for water and permeate inside and mold to formulate. Worst of all, the owners will do anything but spend money to repair things. They will keep putting band aids on the problem until someone else moves in. One unit is even a few car lengths away from a DUMPSTER.

This is not a luxury apartment complex. This isn't even "worst house in the best neighborhood". This is a project successfully sold by an incompetent builder to someone who doesn't want to spend a dime unless he absolutely has to. Those cost savings will come directly out of your time and sanity. Mark my words.

If you're on the fence about moving here. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere. It's not worth it, and you will regret it, and if you do I sincerely hope you are a city inspector or tenant lawyer.

I will be genuinely surprised if these buildings are still standing in a decade.
