1 bedroom apartment at the residence at river run

I’m new to the area moving from out of state, however, I called a couple months in advance to ask about availability which Robert (the property manager) immediately assisted me with. I was put on the waitlist and got the apartment I wanted during the time window I needed. The whole process from applying to moving in was seamless and staff even helped move in large items for me. Apartment is extremely clean and also in a great area. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great Place, and wonderful manager

I have lived in this apartment complex for a few years and really enjoy it. I especially like the air-conditioning and the attached garage. I also want to compliment Robert the manager. He is always helpful and cheerful. He has been great to work with.

Wonderful 3 years at The Residence at River Run

I arrived during the Covid Pandemic and was so grateful for a safe place to call home while working at the VA.
When Jessica- our property manager- started here one year ago she immediately evaluated all aspects of the property and began to address maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement. In the last year our complex has had the entire exterior of all the buildings pressure washed and freshly painted! Signs advising residents and visitors of the safe speeds for the parking lot. And we… will have new striping of the parking lot areas set up. Upgrades and repairs to the club house and the gym. I could go on and on!
I seldom have any maintenance issues but the times when I've requested repair or assessment of an issue the onsite maintenance men -Jay and Herb-are on it quickly and are both very knowledgeable. I am so glad to be here!

Beautiful, convenient and wonderfully managed

My son and his roommate are student athletes at Spokane Falls Community College. The location of the River Run is conveniently located close to campus and the airport. I can't speak highly enough about the management team! Very kind, helpful and quick to respond. The apartments are well-built and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Highly recommend!

Perfectly Liveable

My three bedroom unit in River Run has nice features such as garbage disposal, washer/dryer within the unit, dishwasher, etc. The location of the apartment is great due to the easy accessibility of downtown via Riverside. It takes me about 10 minutes to get to work during rush hour. The also has to be one of the most bikeable in Spokane due to the fact you can bike most of it along the river through peaceful valley and end up in downtown by the Spokane Club. The main con of the apartment is… poor noise insulation, although this is more common than not to newly built apartments. When my roommate is watching tv it can sound as if I'm in the same room. Also I can hear faint noise from Government Way and from Fort George Wright Drive, which the apartment is at the intersection of FYI (not the google maps location). This does not bother me because I'm a sound sleeper, but if you are not you should keep this mind. All in all this has been a good place to live and I would recommend it to a friend.
