I don’t recommend living here unless you have nowhere else to live
When I moved in it seemed like a good place but then everything started breaking, the carpets smelled, the maintenance people were hardly available to fix thing, not to mention the extremely noisy neighbors. The cops were always being called on the neighbors almost every single day and blocking parking spots so nobody could get out which makes people late for work. Outside not well maintained, pool doesn’t work, there’s little to no grass cause it isn’t taken care of. Neighbors tried breaking... into my apartment at night and still were able to live here. Neighbors always making complaints that aren’t true due to them being mad that I had a conversation with the landlord about how it was unacceptable that someone tried to come into my apartment. Laundry facilities never available cause neighbors always used them and wouldn’t let anyone else. Overall it’s fine if you really really need a place to stay before you move but definitely NOT a place to live if you don’t have to .
