• Landlord will have gutters and decks cleaned on a regular basis. Schedule to be provide to Tenant.
• There is an area of the home which is locked off and has separate access from the exterior. Both this area
and the garage are being used for owner storage and are not included or available. You will be renting the main home only. The covered area behind the garage, as well as the items in it, are not included.
