I’ve recently referred a friend here and she informed me that she was concerned because of the reviews she’s been reading. I’ve gone through and read them and would like to clear up a few things.
I have been here for 2.5 years and yes I will admit the parking wasn’t the best. In the last 1.5 years there’s been new management that has improved the parking and yes enforced it. Some of us were not able to get out of our garages without maneuvering around. Honestly, some people may not like this...
since they use their garage for storage but for me I appreciate the enforcement. I’ve been able to get in and out of my garage without a problem now. This may be an issue with someone with a much larger vehicle?

The ant issue I’ve not noticed since they’ve treated the outside of the buildings with an extensive treatment and typically when building on new land there will be issues with ants when breaking ground. Since they’ve done this treatment the last few months we’ve had no issues at all.

I’m very pleased with the new girls in the office and they’re both very friendly and will listen to your concerns.

The grounds are beautiful

The Y is right across the street too.

I just wanted to take the time to address these concerns since it seems like when others are upset they tend to take to social media. Unfortunate.

Thank you for all you do and I love my home here at Aster and will be here for long term.
