If trash or recycling pickup is missed, a $50 fee will be applied to cover the cost of an extra collection. To ensure a smooth departure, please leave key fobs, parking remotes, and mail keys where found at check-in. Lost key fobs, parking remotes, or mail keys will be charged at $100 each.
