About Analog Tacoma
Analog Tacoma offers modern city living in one of Tacoma’s most connected and culturally rich neighborhoods. Located at 411 S 15th Street, the community places residents near the energy of Downtown Tacoma, the creative character of Hilltop, and the…
convenience of the University of Washington Tacoma campus. It is a great fit for residents who want a stylish home base with quick access to work, school, dining, entertainment, transit, and the best of the South Sound.
The building was thoughtfully designed with Tacoma’s music and arts heritage in mind, creating a community that feels creative, urban, and distinctly local. From the contemporary exterior to the lobby mural and music-inspired design details, Analog Tacoma has a personality that stands apart from a traditional apartment community.
Residents can choose from efficient micro-studio and studio homes, one-bedroom layouts, two-bedroom homes, and larger three-bedroom options. Studio and micro-studio layouts are ideal for residents who want a smart, low-maintenance home in a prime downtown location, with current public floorplan information showing studio-style homes generally in the approximate 271 to 305 square foot range. One-bedroom homes offer a more defined living experience at approximately 435 square feet. Two-bedroom layouts include both one-bath and two-bath options, with sizes generally around 611 to 746 square feet depending on the floorplan. Three-bedroom homes offer additional flexibility for roommates, work-from-home needs, or residents who simply want more room, with layouts generally ranging from approximately 806 to 852 square feet.
Inside the homes, residents can enjoy modern finishes and practical everyday comforts, including air conditioning, dishwashers, energy-efficient appliances, high-speed internet access, washer/dryer setups, hard-surface flooring, stylish countertops, and contemporary kitchens. Select homes may also include private patios and views of Mt. Rainier, adding a peaceful Northwest backdrop to the convenience of city living.
The community amenities are designed to support both relaxation and connection. Residents can enjoy a rooftop deck with sweeping city and mountain views, a gym for convenient workouts, and a retro-inspired lounge and courtyard that create inviting spaces to gather, unwind, or work casually outside the apartment. The rooftop area is especially compelling as a social hub, with outdoor seating and BBQ-style gathering opportunities that make it easy to enjoy Tacoma’s skyline and neighborhood atmosphere.
Analog Tacoma also offers the convenience features renters look for in a modern urban community. Controlled access and gated entry help support a more secure living environment, and the property uses ButterflyMX for building access. Residents also benefit from elevator access, garage parking options, bike room access, package concierge service, storage options, recycling, high-speed internet availability, and on-site management/maintenance support. For residents with pets, Analog Tacoma is pet-friendly, making it easier to enjoy the neighborhood with a furry companion.
The location is one of Analog Tacoma’s strongest selling points. The community sits near South 15th Street, Tacoma Avenue S, and I-705, giving residents smooth access throughout Downtown Tacoma and quick connections to surrounding areas. Nearby public transportation includes the Convention Center/South 15th stop, and Tacoma Dome Station is a short drive away for Sounder, Amtrak, and regional transit connections. This makes Analog especially attractive for residents who commute, attend school nearby, or prefer a more car-optional lifestyle.
Analog Tacoma is also close to several major employers and institutions, including University of Washington Tacoma, St. Joseph Medical Center, MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital, Northwest College of Art & Design, and Avalon Healthcare. For students, faculty, healthcare professionals, and downtown workers, the location offers a strong live-work-play advantage.
For entertainment and neighborhood lifestyle, residents are minutes from some of Tacoma’s best-known destinations, including the Greater Tacoma Convention Center, Tacoma Art Museum, Museum of Glass, Foss Waterway Seaport, Pantages Theater, the Theatre District, Children’s Museum of Tacoma, Wright Park, and the downtown Museum District. Dining, coffee shops, local retail, arts venues, and waterfront experiences are all within easy reach, giving residents plenty to explore without having to leave the city center.
Families and residents considering school access will appreciate that public listing data identifies nearby or attendance-zone schools including Edna Travis Elementary, Hilltop Heritage Middle School, Stadium High School, and Tacoma Open Doors. Higher education options are also close by, with UW Tacoma within walking distance and University of Puget Sound, Tacoma Community College, and Clover Park Technical College within a short drive.
Parking options support the urban setting. Residents and guests may use available street parking, nearby public parking options, and garage parking where available. Handicap parking is available in the secured garage. For tours, guests can also use the parking lot across from the main entrance, located near 1550 S Court D Street, with the main entrance/front door located off S 15th Street.
Overall, Analog Tacoma delivers a compelling mix of modern apartment interiors, thoughtful amenities, controlled access, package and bike conveniences, flexible floorplan choices, pet-friendly living, and a highly connected downtown location. It is a strong option for residents who want the convenience of urban Tacoma, the creativity of a design-forward community, and the comfort of coming home to a building with personality, views, and everyday livability.

Horrible apartment complex
All common areas are filthy, high crime, rude management, would not recommend! Management makes it obvious they don’t care for the well being of their tenants.
