Spanish Hills Apartments

Spanish Hills has excellent staff that is friendly and kind. The apartments are walking distance to several schools and right across the street from the community college. The location is excellent for people that need to walk everywhere.

What drew me to Spanish hills was the location. Right near the freeway, near grocery stores, restaurants, bars, etc. although still tucked away far enough in a quiet neighborhood. The complex stays clean. You never have to worry about overflow of the garbage. Parking was a plus. You didn’t have to worry about finding parking spots or parking spots for your guest, there was always more than enough spaces. The staff, especially Netta was great. They are very attentive and quickly responded to all… my needs or concerns, by far the best for as long as I’ve been renting. I would definitely recommend renting. Spanish hills is a great place to live. It’s quite and well maintained and if I have an issue it is corrected right away. Spacious and affordable apartment. The staff is friendly and always available.

Spanish Hills office staff members are very friendly and professional, whenever I request an issue, they get it done in a timely manner. Maintenance staff responds quickly to requests. The two bedroom I live has lots of storage space, plus a private deck. The lawns are well kept. There are so many great amenities here, heated indoor pool, fitness room, dry sauna and game room. So far, my experience living here at Spanish Hills has been the best.
