Polite Staff

Teresa is a very polite and helpful staff member. Maintenance man is also very thorough. Affordable apartment. Good for the price.

Great center of everything

This apartment is in the center of everything. it's close to downtown tacoma, close to gig harbor, a short drive to lakewood and all its shopping center as well as the tacoma mall. The areas are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Has a nice pool, and workout center plus the best part is the price is resonable.
