DO NOT LIVE HERE
-The internet is very poor and you are forced to use Xfinity. Cellular reception is awful due to the location on a steep hill under the bridge. You feel like a troll and have to leave the property to get any signal. YOU CANNOT WORK FROM HOME HERE!
-The new owners from 2020 will not respect contracts and will freely increase your costs without agreement or warning. The increase in costs do not match the poor value of the living spaces. YOU WILL OVER PAY HERE!
-The property is overrun with rodents... , ants, snails, and mold due to the location on a stream bed running off the side of a major urban bridge. YOU WILL HAVE MOLD IN YOUR HOME!
-The units are not well insulated and you only have small electric wall heaters which means for 6-8 months of the year, YOU WILL BE COLD IN YOUR HOME!
-There is a long history of contention between this property and the local post office. This is the only place in the world I regularly did not receive my mail or had it stolen from the mailboxes or my front porch. I had to use a friend's address for packages which is a massive inconvenience in life. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MAIL!
-Maintenance is a nightmare. You will live several months with your problems.
